HOW DO I ORDER CONFECTIONERY OR BOOK CART HIRE?

Booking your Cart Hire or Ordering Sweets is really simple.

Simply contact us by one of the many ways, available on the Contact Us page.  If you are accessing this page via a mobile device, you will even be able to Whatsapp us, via the quick link at the bottom of the page.

We ask for 2 weeks notice for hire items, as it allows for us to provide you with the choice of sweets that you require.

For confectionery orders, we normally can provide these within a few days, depending on stock levels.  The more notice you are able to provide the better, especially for large orders.

CART & FERRIS WHEEL HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You will need to read these terms and conditions and, by proceeding with your booking, you are agreeing with this disclaimer. Please remember to keep a copy for your reference. 

 

When is payment required?  

The full hire fee for the hire of the cart and any additional confectionery must be paid to secure the date and this secures the date of your booking. We also take a £75 Damage Deposit at the time of booking which is fully refundable on collection of the cart after your event if it is in the same condition as borrowed. Please note if equipment is lost or damaged the deposit cannot be refunded. We are happy to discuss and come to an agreement over individual accidents but will need to deduct the value from your deposit. We ask that the cart is used for its purpose and isn't used as a drinks table. We also ask that you refrain from using pins or any sort of decorations that may permanently mark the cart. 

 

Please make sure jars, scoops trays and tongs are washed up after use and before returning.  Please dont not smoke around the cart or allow pets on it.

If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the agreed booking date, the hire fee is non-refundable.

The £75 Damage Deposit will be refunded.

How can I pay?  

We will send you an online invoice by email. A breakdown of your hire and any other information will be included. The invoice will have details of how to pay. 

 

Do you follow COVID-19 guidance?

If you or anyone in your household (event location) has COVID-19 symptoms or have tested positive within the last month the hire date your booking will be rescheduled on a date of your preference dependent on availability.   

 

Safety 

Please supervise young children around the cart. We have full public liability insurance.  For their safety children under the age of 4 are not permitted to use the Sapphire Skies Sweet Cart Hire & Supplies equipment and accessories. We ask that you ensure that young children are supervised at all times as our equipment and accessories have moving and small parts that are not suitable for children under the age of 4. 

The adult responsible for this booking is responsible for all users of the equipment during the hire period and should ensure their safety. Sapphire Skies Sweet Cart & Supplies cannot be held responsible for the equipment hired or the user/s once it has been left with the customer.
